Pilates Group Mat

Our group Mat classes provide a great workout with just you and your mat!  Occasionally instructors will use the Pilates circles, rollers, bands, or other accessories to assist with the exercises.  If you are new to Pilates, it would be best to start in the beginner class and work your way up to a more challenging class (Level I or Level II). Mat classes are not for those with physical impairments or those who need a great deal of attention with their movement. In these cases, private sessions are recommended. Our Yoga class is for all levels.

Mat classes (10 week session begins April 1st..... ends June 8th)

10:30am   beginner

  • All classes are 1 hour unless otherwise noted.
  • A minimum number of students (5) is required to hold class; maximum 10.

Mat class fees are as follows:

(one time $10 reg. fee for new students)

10 class package $180

15 class package $225

20 class package $260

30 class package $300
